Folly Hall has another new tenant after Jay Tee signed off a further 10,000 sq ft of prime office space to a professional service company expanding and re-locating its business to Huddersfield town centre.
The new tenant will take occupation of the ground, first and second floors of the Small Mill early next year and the adjacent Boiler House
in early spring.
John Lyttle, Managing Director said “we are delighted to welcome on board another successful business to such a prestigious development. This completes the letting of the Small Mill we are looking forward with great confidence to launching the final Phase of Folly Hall
in February 2009”
Interest remains high and the number of enquiries has increased significantly since the renovation work began in summer 2008.
It is envisaged the whole of the final phase will be pre-let by
April next year.
